Did you know that if you press the ‘/’ key while in a file open/save dialog box, a field appears so you can type a path to the folder you want – and you can use tab-complete in it too? I didn’t either, until I just saw it buried-away in a tip-in-a-sig at Slashdot. Update: you can use Shift+Command+G to get it too (same as the Finder)
