Geeky, but neat: Abridged Guide to CSS2 Support at macedition.com. Teaser from Tantek: I wonder when we’ll see guides to CSS3 support…. “We” being those willing to stump-up for a paid MSN subscription, probably. There’s a little review of MSN for Mac OS X at Spymac.com.
The CSS Zen Garden looks like a design-led version of the W3C Core Styles of web lore. Douglas Bowman has written-up the design process behind his submission to the CSS Zen Garden.

bad enough that I had to stump up the money for MSN to provide this resource for web developers (well, not really, you get two months free and I should remember to cancel it before then). But the stupid installer accepts an Australian actual address, but then only accepts US billing addresses later on in the process. Why doesn’t it warn users of this? If they don’t want my Aussie dollars, why let me get that far in the install process with an Australian address. Insane.
As for guides to CSS3 support… it will be a lot of work. Maybe if everyone asks me really, REALLY nicely.
